This Policy applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and/or the AI2 and bbits the owner and provider of this Web Site and Apps. This Policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us in relation to your use of the Web Site, App and any Services or Systems therein.

means collectively the Personal Data and credentials used by Users to access Material and / or any communications System on the Web Site or Apps;
means the AI2 (AI squared) app provided by bbits.
means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Web Site or App;
means a small text file placed on your computer by bbits when you visit certain parts of this Web Site. This allows us to identify recurring visitors and to analyse their browsing habits within the Web Site. Further details are contained in Clause 10 and Schedule 1 of this Policy;
means collectively all information that you submit to the Web Site or App.
means a person who (either alone or jointly or in common with other persons) determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal data are, or are to be processed;
in relation to personal data, means any person (other than an employee of the data controller) who processes the data on behalf of the data controller.

means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;
means collectively any online facilities, tools, services or information that bbits makes available through the Web Site or App either now or in the future;
means any online communications infrastructure that bbits makes available through the Web Site or App either now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, web-based email, message boards, live chat facilities and email links;
"User" / "Users"
means any third party that accesses the Web Site and is not employed by bbits and acting in the course of their employment; and
means the website that you are currently using (https://surveys.mediaklik.com) and any sub-domains of this site.
Bbits may collect, without limitation, any of the following Data:
· Forename and Surname;
· Email address;
· IP address (automatically collected);
· web browser type and version (automatically collected);
· operating system (automatically collected);
· a list of URLS starting with a referring site, your activity on this Web Site, and the site you exit to (automatically collected); and
· Cookie information (see clause 10 below).
· Location Information (automatically collected or manually entered).
3. Data Controller, Data Processor and Processing of your Personal Data
Bbits is the Data Processer and we process the Personal Data you provide. For any questions, actioning your rights detailed in section 4 or any other aspect of how we process your Personal Data not detailed within this policy please contact us at email@example.com the Organisation that you provided the data to in order to access and user this website or app.
The data you provide within an Inspection, audit, asset collection or survey response is only shared with the Organisation requesting your completion of the Inspection, audit or Survey.
The basis and purpose of the processing of the data you provide is to enable you to:
· To verify and allow access to the AI2system via the admin panel or the app
Any of your Personal Data submitted to the Organisation you perform the survey for which is shared with is for creating an account will be retained by bbits for as long as you hold an account with us and until you request your account and its data be removed by us.
All personal Data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 and the Data Protection Act 1998. No data is transferred, held or processed outside of the EU. For more details on security, see clause 7 below.
Any or all of the above Data may be required by us from time to time in order to provide you with the best possible service and experience when using our Web Site or Apps. Specifically, Data may be used by us for the following reasons:
· internal record keeping;
· improvement of our products / services;
· To provide automatic location details of Inspections or Audits posted to Bbits AI2 as we use location-based services on the app and web sites. This location data collected is used by our partners and licensees to report on Geographical statistics.
4. Your Rights with respect to the Personal Data we hold
Consent- To use any of the Service available on the Web Site or our apps you may be required to submit Account information or other Data to the organisation requesting access on your behalf. By providing that Personal Data and using the services you consent to the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with the terms laid out in section 3 above.
Right of Access- You may access your Account at any time to view or amend the Data. You may need to modify or update your Data if your circumstances change. You have the right to obtain from bbits confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed by us, and, where that is the case, be provided with a copy of that personal data. Requests for Right of Access should be made via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide that information within 1 month of receipt of the request or provide a reason why we can’t within 1 month. Where the request is excessive, repetitive or more than one copy is requested we reserve the right to make a charge commensurate with the resources required to meet the request. The right to obtain a copy referred to above shall not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
Right to Rectification– You have the right to request from bbits the rectification of any of your personal data that is inaccurate. Requests for Right to Rectification should be made via email@example.com. We will rectify the information within 1 month of receipt of the request or provide a reason why we can’t within 1 month.
Right to Erasure (‘Right to be forgotten’)– You have the right to request from bbits the deletion of your personal data. Requests for the Right to Erasure should be made via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will remove all Personal Data held within 1 month of receipt of the request or provide a reason why we can’t within 1 month. We will make all reasonable effort to make the request on your behalf to the organisations we have passed on your Personal Data to have them remove it too.
Right to Restriction of Processing– You have the right to request from bbits that your Personal Data is not processed when any one of the following applies:
1. the accuracy of the personal data is contested by you, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
2. the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of your personal data and request the restriction of its use instead;
3. we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but it is required by you for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
Requests for the Right to Restriction of Processing should be made via email@example.com. We will make all reasonable effort to make the request on your behalf to the organisations we have passed on your Personal Data to have them restrict processing too.
Right to Withdraw Consent– You have the right to request from bbits that your Personal Data is removed and no longer consent to it being processed. Requests for the Right to withdraw Consent should be made via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will remove all Personal Data held within 1 month of receipt of the request or provide a reason why we can’t within 1 month and will not process further any data already held. We will make all reasonable effort to make the request on your behalf to the organisations we have passed on your Personal Data that you have withdrawn your consent to have your personal data processed. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Right to Complain to the Supervisory Authority– You have the right to complain to the Supervisory Authority if you feel your rights under the General Data Protection Regulations have been infringed. Complaints should be made to the UK Supervisory Authority which is the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) and you can find more information about raising a concern or complaint here https://ico.org.uk/concerns/
5. Changes of Business Ownership and Control
bbits may, from time to time, expand or reduce its business and this may involve the sale of certain divisions or the transfer of control of certain divisions to other parties. Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any division so transferred, be transferred along with that division and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was supplied by you.
In the event that any Data submitted by Users will be transferred in such a manner, you will be contacted in advance and informed of the changes. When contacted you will be given the choice to have your Data deleted or withheld from the new owner or controller.
Data security is of great importance to bbits and to protect your Data we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure Data collected online.
